Flower arrangements may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website. This is because the arrangements are handcrafted and flowers may need to be replaced due to regional or temporary unavailability of flowers.

As each cake is handmade and each chef bakes and designs the cake in their own way, there may be slight variations in cake design and shape. We may need to substitute flavours and designs due to regional or temporary stock shortages.

Our experienced team ensures that you receive products exactly as described/shown. Substitutions will only include items of equal or greater value.

Products and their information are displayed to encourage users to make offers. By placing your order, you are making an offer to purchase. We must accept this offer. The confirmation of your order (by email/SMS/push notification) does not mean that we have accepted your offer. SMILY FLAVOURS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel (partially or fully) your offer upon receipt of your order. SMILY FLAVOURS will accept your offer when it is dispatched for delivery. SMILY FLAVOURS will not accept your offer or order if this is not the case. We may need to verify or obtain additional information before accepting your order. You must provide accurate information about the recipient, including the recipient’s name, delivery address and contact details. If SMILY FLAVOURS cancels all or any part of your order, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy shall be:

SMILY FLAVOURS will not charge your bank account or credit/debit card for any part of the cancelled order.

SMILY FLAVOURS offers various payment options to suit your needs including Visa, Master Card RuPay, Paypal, American Express Debit Card, Internet Banking, Digital Wallets, UPI etc. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, all payments made through the payment gateways on this website or through the SMILY FLAVOURS mobile app are subject to the specific terms and conditions of such third party payment gateways.

Smily Flavours retains full rights to cancel any order for various reasons, including unforeseen circumstances like limited stock availability, pricing errors, or inaccuracies in product details, as well as restrictions from our credit department. In such cases, we will reach out to notify you of the cancellation.

Orders placed for same-day delivery are processed immediately and generally cannot be cancelled or altered. For any adjustments or cancellations, please email us at smilyflavour.com@gmail.com (7 AM to 10 PM, daily). We’ll accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been prepared or dispatched. However, if it’s already in progress or sent out for delivery, modifications or cancellations won’t be possible, and applicable charges will apply.

For other cancellation or modification requests, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If your order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and relevant charges will still apply. In cases of limited product availability, product or pricing errors, or other unforeseeable issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You’ll receive an email notification if this happens, along with a refund.

 

When you place an order on the website you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain all the details of your order including your order number which you will need if you need to contact Smily Flavours. Once your order has been delivered you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your registered email address or phone number for further details.

You agree to pay all applicable taxes, shipping and/or other charges reflected on our website at the time of your order. Smily Flavour is not responsible for any taxes, fees, customs duties or other government charges, penalties, interest or other charges arising from your purchase of products and services.

All orders must be fully paid before delivery. Smily Flavours will not process any order until the payment is confirmed in our bank account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express (both debit and credit cards), as well as internet banking and digital wallets. All domestic credit cards are also accepted.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and assume responsibility for any unauthorized use of your card or payment method. Smily Flavours is not liable for any transaction conducted without your knowledge or consent. Cardholders or payment method owners are accountable for all transactions and charges associated with their accounts.

Payments must be made in Indian Rupees for any purchases on our website, as other currencies are not supported.

Smily Flavours may request verification documents (e.g., government-issued IDs) to confirm ownership of your payment method before fulfilling an order. This step ensures a secure online shopping experience for all customers.

All commercial terms, including delivery, dispatch, and pricing, are part of a direct contractual arrangement between the customer and Smily Flavours.

Please note that Smily Flavours’ payment facility on the website functions only as a facilitator for electronic payments, streamlining transactions through secure banking and payment gateway networks. This is not a financial or banking service.

 

If the item you ordered is out of stock or out of stock, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product, if we are unable to contact you we will send you a replacement product. Because we know sending gifts to your loved ones on special occasions and you don’t want to spoil the atmosphere.

The website contains information about the warranty conditions. All orders made through the website are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects.

The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. No claims can be made for defects caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear.

Smily Flavours aims to meet the delivery preference you choose at checkout. The delivery timing is set based on the delivery address provided. To cater to customer needs, Smily Flavours offers two delivery types: “Fixed Time Deliveries” and “Standard Time Delivery.” A small charge applies for fixed-time delivery, which will be shown when selecting your delivery date. Smily Flavours will make every effort to deliver at the chosen time, though events outside our control—such as weather issues, strikes, political unrest, or lockdowns—may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed of any delays, so please check your inbox for updates.

Flower deliveries may include flowers in various stages of bloom, including fully bloomed. Please note, once selected, the delivery cannot be redirected to a different address.

We recommend placing your order at least one day in advance for major festivals or events.

If you are ordering products delivered by hand, they cannot be combined with items sent by courier, and these may arrive on separate days or at different times.

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be received by Smily Flavours by 8:00 PM IST, Monday through Sunday. For midnight delivery, orders should be placed by 9:00 PM IST.

Please note that the requested delivery time is only an estimate, and actual delivery depends on item availability and location. Delays may also occur due to Force Majeure events. In such cases, we will proactively inform you by email.

For perishable items like flowers and cakes, Smily Flavours will make one delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the order will still be charged, and redelivery isn’t possible. The following circumstances will be considered as completed delivery attempts:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Recipient unavailable.
  • Locked premises.
  • Refusal by the recipient to accept delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, they may authorize the delivery person to leave the order with a gatekeeper, receptionist, or neighbor.

If there’s a dispute over delivery, proof will be provided. An order is not deemed late if no one is available to receive it upon arrival. In such cases, cancellations, refunds, or liability will not be offered. Here are some ways we’ll ensure satisfaction:

  • Contacting the recipient to schedule a convenient time.
  • Leaving a note for the recipient to arrange delivery with the florist.
  • Keeping the arrangement in a safe, sheltered spot if available.
  • Leaving the arrangement with a neighbor and leaving a note for the recipient with details.

 

Returns are not available. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team within 2 hours of delivery, providing images that highlight the issue. Our team will investigate and may request additional details if needed.

You can choose from the following options:

  1. Re-delivery of the product.
  2. Receive a refund to your Wallet (processed within 7 working days).

Please note, refunds are not offered in these situations:

  • When flowers, plants, cakes, sweets, or other perishable items are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If the recipient is unavailable or declines delivery.
  • When product issues arise due to improper handling after delivery.

 

If you are registered with our website, you agree that we may communicate with you by email or other means, whether verbally, electronically or in person. You agree that any agreement, notice or disclosure that Smily Flavours sends to you via email or other medium satisfies any legal requirement that it be in written communication.

You agree that Smily Flavourss may contact you by SMS, phone and email to your registered email address and phone number to provide free reminder services.
