Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that each order is custom-made, we do not provide refunds for same-day cancellations.
Advance Notice for Cancellations
- Regular Cakes: A cancellation notice of at least one day is required.
- Customized Cakes: Cancellations for customized cakes require a minimum of two days’ notice.
- A 3% cancellation fee applies to all eligible cancellations.
How to Cancel an Order

Processing Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days following the cancellation request.
Right to Modify or Cancel Orders
Smily Flavours reserves the right to cancel, modify, or offer alternatives for orders at our discretion.
